To succeed in building a profitable farming business and a northern Norwegian value chain for farmed cod, we are dependent on skilled employees and strong leadership. By the end of 2025, we will have 47 employees across sea- and land-based operations, and this is expected to increase to more than 90 by 2030. This requires that we recruit the right people while also developing and retaining the competence we build over time.

Management
Establishing an aquaculture company in 2020 within an emerging industry has been highly demanding. Over a short period, the company has built strong competence, combined with the drive and perseverance needed to create a viable business. Many employees bring extensive experience from the salmon industry and a deep understanding of aquaculture, while others come from different sectors. Together, these individuals form the core of the «KIME team.»
